What areas do you cover?

We are based in Herne Bay and cover a 15mile radius. We are of course happy to travel further afield subject to availability but there will be a delivery charge applicable for parties outside this area. 

How big are the teepees?

Each teepee measures apx 90cm wide and 160cm long. We will need additional space at the foot of each bed in order to add the trays, but if space is a problem we can decorate without the tray and everything else will still be included. 

What time is set up and collection of the teepees?

We try to set each teepee party up prior to 4pm on the day of your party and collection will be from 10:30am the following morning. These times are subject the change dependant on location and how many parties we have booked in on the day.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We take a £30 (teepees), £50 (glamping) non refundable deposit to secure all bookings and the balance would then be due on the day. 

How big are the Bell Tents?

We currently have a 5metre and a 4metre Bell tent available. 

Where can we put the Belle Tents?

For insurance and security reasons we can only out our Bell tents in secure private residence. We do not cater for parties in communal grounds or campsites.

*Please note that we can only erect the Belle Tents on real grass and we need an additional metre on top of the size of the tent to allow for the guide ropes.

Please note that we take a small holding/security deposit of £30 with all parties(£50 for Glamping). This is refunded the following morning upon collection of all the teepees, bell tents and hire goods. Whilst we do our best to avoid it, unfortunately we will at times have to make adjustments to your holding deposit to cover any damages or losses where necessary. 

Whilst we are happy to help our customers where we can, it is important that have the space cleared prior to our arrival. This speeds up the whole process and means you get to enjoy your party for longer.
